GHOST/PUMPKIN Hot/Cold Therapy Packs

These packs are great for hot or cold applications.  Our packs are sized as follows(all sizes are approximate and may vary slightly due to being handmade):  

Child - 4"x5"

Small - 8"x6"

Neck - 5"x21"

Back - 10"x16".  

These hot & cold packs are perfect for relieving headaches, injury pains, and sore muscles. 

The child size is great for little one's bumps and ouchies.  
Small and medium sizes are good for soothing aches & pains and keeping you warm during those cold winter nights.
Neck and Back sizes are loose enough to contour to the neck (or back) and fold in half to fit in the microwave.

The Hot & Cold packs are made of 100% Cotton and filled with corn.  This is to ensure they are microwave safe and provide long lasting relief.

How to use your Hot/Cold Pack:

Heat in microwave for 1-3 minutes depending on your temperature preference. Large packs are designed to fold in half to fit in the microwave.

OR

Place pack in the freezer for a few hours or overnight.
